Igor Gaspareto

Is the founder of Gasparetour, Bachelor of Tourism and Naturalist Tour guide, 20+ years tourism industry and hospitality experience.

Igor Gaspareto wasborn and raised in the capital of Northern Pantanal, Cuiabá, studied fauna and flora of 3 Mato Grosso eco-system: The Pantanal Wetlands, Brazilian Savanna also known as Cerrado and The Amazon Rain Forest.

The International experience has provided contact with different cultures and exposure to diversity. The achievement of the world view make part of this experience, Igor Gaspareto have lived in Ireland, Italy and Japan, 10 years abroad.

Good knowledge of Pantanal and Brazilian Savanna Wildlife, Fluent in English, Japanese, Spanish, Italian language communication level and Brazilian Portuguese as mother tongue.

Alex Ramos (chefinho)

Naturalist Tour Guide, 20+ years experience in Pantanal, Amazon and Brazilian Savanna (Cerrado).

Chefinho how He is widely known in the Pantanal Wetlands is son of locals, his knowledge of the fauna and flora was built day by day since He was a child in the Pantanal Wetlands, also know deeply the local culture, food and it´s Pantanal people.

Alex is a dedicated tour guide. He already guided Lonely planet and rough guide writers.

He works very long hours with the groups and He is always available 24/7, speaks Portuguese as mother tongue, fluently English, Spanish and Italian, also know basic German, learnt Spanish while He was working in Menorca Island Hotels (Spain).

Raquele Saladin (Rachel)

Naturalist Tour Guide and Bachelor of Tourism, 15+ years experience in Pantanal, Amazon and Brazilian Savanna

Rachel worked as operations manager in many Pantanal travel agencies and has experience of leading, guiding and organizing the logistic of groups.

Rachel is our tour guide since 2016.

Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Joilson Avilo (Indio)

Driver and Tour guide having 15+ years of tourism experience in the Pantanal and Brazilian Savanna - Cerrado

Joilson is grand son of native indians, his knowlodge of medical plants is a plus, also local culture, food and it´s Pantanal people, fauna&flora.

He is very dedicated and responsive to requests. He is very good at managing the time so that you will get as much as possible from each activities and adding extra things to the tour as He knows local people and having access to other lands that no one could get in. He works very long hours with the groups and He is always available 24/7.

Wanderson is a local Pantaneiro guy from Cáceres - Paraguay river is considered his home.

He is always ready to attend tourists, very good in spotting animals and birds even when is driving the 4x4, van or motor boats. He knows local people in Cáceres - Paraguay river where is the second best place to spot Jaguars and having access to other lands that no one could get in. He works very long hours with the groups and He is always available 24/7.
