Once you have registered your interest in one of our tours, you will receive an email confirming the availability and price of the tour. In order to secure your tour, a 10% deposit of the total cost is required via credit card link or bank Transfer, except when your booking date is less than one month prior to the tour start date, in this case, 100% of your payment is required. Once your down payment is applied, we will email you a voucher confirming your tour. If you wish to make any changes to your tour once the booking has been made, please inform us via email immediately.

Payment: Payment methods include Bank Transfer, Credit card, Western Union, Money Gram or PayPal. The remaining balance of your payment is required one month prior to the tour or upon your arrival (special circumstances only).

Cancellation Policies and Refunds: Should you wish to cancel the tour; please inform us immediately. The date of your cancellation will be deemed as the date when written notice is received by Gasparetour.

*10% secure deposit is not refundable, but you may use it up to 365 days after the tour starting date.

*During the trip there will be no refund for portions of tours or tour packages not used because of itineraries changes made by the guests.
*Final payments are expected according to above deadlines.
*For booking made 30 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking.

As late cancellations can cost us money; we have a scale of cancellation charges which are based on the decreasing likelihood of a replacement booking being made, the percentage is regarding total payment, It is as follows:

Cancellations within more than 60 days before the excursion date will receive 90% refund;

Cancellations within 59-30 days before the excursion date will receive 65% refund;

Cancellations within 29-08 days before the excursion date will receive 40% refund,

Cancellations less than 7 days before the excursion date will be considered as no shows and no refund will be offered.

The above percentage is regarding the total payment, not secure deposit payment, if you have paid 10% secure deposit only, it´s non refundable.

Family Tours: 1 child under 3 can stay in the same apartment, no charge; 1 child between 3 and 10 pays 50% of adult fee; Children older than 10 will be full charged the full rate.
